This Girdwood job is a Mark Ivy design. JADA supplied the Enercept SIPs panels for exterior walls and roof, taking the construction to the closed-in stage. A major portion of this job was done during winter conditions.

This new home is in the upper reaches of Highland Rd. above Eagle River. This home is a timber frame with a five star plus Enercept SIPs building envelope. While JADA was the builder, Alaska Timber Frame collaborated on the timber frame and SIPs installation. Among other comfort features, this home has radiant floor heating.
